These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

1. General Information

Harmonie en Kunst offers handcrafted candle lanterns, seasonal designs, artistic candle lanterns, personalized lanterns, lambáda creations, bonbonnières, and decorative handmade products.

All products are created with care and attention to detail. Because many items are handmade or made to order, small variations may occur in color, decoration, shape, finishing, ribbons, scarves, or other decorative elements.

These variations are part of the handmade character of each product and do not constitute a defect.

2. Product Availability

Product availability refers to the materials required to create the candle lantern shown in the product photos.

As many of our products are made to order, availability does not always mean that a finished item is already in stock.

If a material is no longer available, we will contact you to suggest an alternative solution or discuss the next steps.

3. Production Time

Each candle lantern is handcrafted individually.

Production time may vary depending on the product, the complexity of the design, personalization requirements, seasonal demand, and availability of materials.

After your order is placed, we may contact you with updates regarding the estimated production and delivery time.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

4. Handmade Products

Every handmade product is unique.

Although we make every effort to recreate each design as accurately as possible, it is not always possible to produce an item that is 100% identical to the product photo.

Slight differences in colors, decorative elements, placement, finishing, or construction may occur.

By purchasing a handmade product, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

5. Personalized Products

Personalized candle lanterns are created using photographs or details provided by the customer.

By sending us a photograph, you confirm that you have the right to use the image and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

Personalized products are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€).

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the business status and applicable tax rules. Any additional costs, such as shipping fees, will be displayed before checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Orders

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

The product or required materials are unavailable
Payment is not completed
Order details are incomplete or incorrect
There is an obvious pricing or technical error
The customer does not respond to necessary communication regarding a personalized order

In such cases, we will contact you and, where applicable, issue a refund.

8. Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods shown at checkout.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.

9. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are complete and accurate.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before completing the order, where applicable.

Harmonie en Kunst is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

For standard, non-personalized products, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error was made by us.

11. Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are damaged or defective:

Personalized candle lanterns
Products made with customer photographs
Products made according to customer specifications
Custom-made items
Special orders
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

12. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the packaging
A short description of the issue

We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

13. Care & Safety

Candle lanterns must always be used responsibly.

Please follow these safety guidelines:

Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep away from children and pets
Place the lantern on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Keep away from flammable materials
Do not move the lantern while the candle is burning
Use suitable tealights or candles only
Allow the lantern to cool before touching or moving it

Harmonie en Kunst is not responsible for damage caused by improper use.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, product photos, designs, graphics, and branding, belongs to Harmonie en Kunst unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, photos, prices, and information on our website are accurate.

However, small errors or differences may occur. Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings.

Harmonie en Kunst is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
